In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Michael leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jackson H. Calhoun and Betty Lou Calhoun of Rock Run; his sister Jacqueline Cox (Alan); his nieces, Angela Hayhurst (Tony) and Melanie Blair (Ben); his great-nephews, Brandon and Daron Nicholson; and his close friend Kathryn Ward of Webster, MA. He was also cherished by grandniece and step great grandnephews, as well as cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (5096 Grace Church Ln, Midland, VA 22728).
