It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Frances Fannon (Warrenton, Virginia), who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Quinton Tucker and Mary Elizabeth Carpenter Tucker; her husband Bill Fannon; her brothers, Hubie, Joe and Billy; and her son Chet (Chester William Fannon, III).
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Swindler (Jimmy) and Heather Young (Daron); her daughter-in-law Kate Armfield Fannon; her grandchildren, Trey Swindler, Addie Swindler Cheatwood (Marshall), Kingsley, Chester Fannon, Ellie and Claire Young; and her great grandchildren, Etta Rose and Beverley Frances Cheatwood. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Castleton Community Volunteer Fire Company or the Amissville Volunteer Fire Company in remembrance of Mary Frances Tucker Fannon.
