He was predeceased by: his father Morris Kyle Miller. He is survived by: his fiancée Vera Rice; his pet Harley; his mother Agnes Miller; his siblings, Ricky Miller (Debbie) and Angela Stewart (Jimmy); and his caregiver Joanne Waite. He is also survived by 3 children, his race family the Mudineers, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations are to be made to the Virginia Cancer Center/Virginia Cancer Institute or his fiance Vera Rice to help with expenses.
