She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Kane and Anita H. Kane; and her husband John Franklin Russell. She is survived by: her daughters, Caroline R. Spinelli of Mclean, VA and Susan E. Cochran of Arlington, VA; and her granddaughters, Lily K. Spinelli, Margaret Cochran (Grace) and Virginia Cochran (Gigi).
