He was predeceased by: his parents, Haywood Martin and Frieda Martin; and his siblings, Doug, Billy, Bobby, Fred "Blue", Emily, Phyllis and Ginny.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Weaver (Michael) of Remington and Margaret Bunting (Tom) of Richmond; his siblings, Polly and Frank; his grandchildren, Jamie Weaver (Erica), Katie Nicholson (Lee) and Gavin Myers (Briley); and his great grandchildren, Jayden Nicholson and Lyla Weaver.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bright View Cemetery (8265 Lunsford Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in Louis' name to the Fauquier SPCA, P.O. Box 733, Warrenton, VA 20188-0733.
