She was predeceased by: her stepfather Joseph Popkins; her mother Ola Popkins; her husband Asa Williams; her son-in-law Bobby Tulin; her sister Carrie Thorpe (Herman); her brother-in-law Jesse Popkins; and her siblings, Geneva Ringer, Paul Holdaway (Shirley) and George Holdaway (Jean).
She is survived by: her daughter Ladawn "Dawn" Mae Tulin of Warrenton, VA; and her sister Eva Popkins of Herndon, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
