He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Heinz Füchsel and Christa Mühl; his wife Virginia Palmer-Füchsel; his sister Angelika Füchsel; his daughters, Silvia Füchsel, Melanie Millman (Adam) and Martha; his granddaughter Liela; and his mother-in-law Martha Palmer. He was also cherished by 11 nieces and nephews.
