She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth McCarty and Mae Lewis McCarty. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Goddard and John Benjamin (Lisa); her siblings, Kenny McCarty (Barbara), Gail Shipler and Carol Kephart; and her grandsons, Brandon Benjamin, Jake Benjamin, Ben Goddard and Sam Goddard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the National Memorial Park (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
