She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wells and Helen Hedrick; her husband Richard C. Miller, Sr.; her half-brother Charles Weaver; her sister Marlene Wilson; and her stepgrandchildren, Tobby and Stacy Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, John C. Moore (Kim) and Terri L. Moore; her grandsons, Steven J. Moore of South Carolina and Daniel C. Moore of South Carolina; her sister Barbara Grantham; her sister-in-law Sadie Dodson; her stepchildren, Deborah Taylor (James), Richard C. Miller, Jr. and Steven J. Miller (Lynn); and her stepgrandchildren, Russell Taylor (Natasha), Autumn and Remington Miller. She is also survived by 9 step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fauquier County SPCA.
