He is survived by: his wife Arlene of Haymarket, VA; his son Paul Chmielewski (Michele); his grandchildren, Matthew and Kerry of Waterford, VA; his daughter Jean Pawlow (Steven); his grandchildren, Gregory, Brian and Michelle of Vienna, VA; his daughter Donna Fields (Nathan); and his grandchildren, Parker and Lauren of Lincoln, NE..
