Though John William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Broughton and Marjorie Henry Broughton. He is survived by: his wife Joan Creel Broughton; his daughter Nicolle (Quentin Jones); his sister Mary Noble of Glenmont, NY; and his granddaughters, Faith Elisabeth Jones and Grace Marie Jones.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warrenton Presbyterian Church (91 Main St, Warrenton, VA 20186).
Memorial contributions may be made to Warrenton Presbyterian Church or to Hospice of the Piedmont.
