He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Dewey and Margaret Payne Rosenberger; his sister Nancy Ritchie of New Bern, NC; his children, David Rosenberger (Claire), Robert Rosenberger (Susan) and Vicki Chaney (Russell); his wife Dorothy Lee Rosenberger; and his sister Mary Katharine Garber. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's name can be made to the Jeffersonton Methodist Church.
