He was predeceased by: his wife Harriet Mae Benimon. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth B. Riley (Mike) of Warrenton, VA, Annie Mae Hutchinson of Cincinnati, OH and Andrew Benimon of Warrenton, VA; and his siblings, Charles Benimon of Nashville, TN and Bernice Smart of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
