He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holt; his children, Donald M.'Don'Holt (Kerri) of Orlando, FL and Erin Lane Coyne (Jeffrey) of Nashville, TN; his brothers, Richard Holt (Marian) of North Carolina, Michael Holt (Tina) of North Carolina and Warren Holt (Judy) of Nebraska; and his granddaughters, Caroline and Chelsea Coyne.
