He is survived by: his wife Sandra Eileen Pierce (Landaeta); his children, Jason Michael Pierce, Dennis John Pierce and Mary Beth Pierce; and his siblings, Jeanne Pierce and Christopher Pierce. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
