She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence and Virginia J Sizemore (Surber); her husband Douglas (Doug); and her daughter-in-law Melissa Farmer. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Jr. and Tasha; her grandchildren, Haley, Derek and Douglas III; and her sisters, Linda Heard, Marilyn Sue Farmer-Carroll, Brenda Howard (Wade) and Shelby Savin (William). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as close friends.
