He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lewis Lindsay. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Gail Lindsay (Duncan) of Warm Springs; his sister Cheryl Lindsay Milton (Dan) of Covington; and his nephews, Ben and Zach Milton of Covington. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; as well as his many special friends.
