He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Landes of Warm Springs; his children, Cynthia Choate of Enid, Philip Boyer (Kelly) of Carrollton and Andrew Boyer (Susan) of Denton, Texas; his grandchildren, Shane Poplin, Channing Hardaway, Ty Boyer, Nick Choate, Lauren Rushton, Connor Choate, Joshua Boyer, Jonathan Boyer and Joanna Boyer; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Haizlee Poplin, Zach, Asa, Silas Boyer, Braden Rushton, Kinsley Boyer, Genevieve Hardaway and Cooper Choate; his brothers, Larry Boyer and Jim Boyer; and his stepsisters, Marsha Kaufman and Marguerite Allemeier.
