He is survived by: his daughters, Autumn Leigh Powell (Andrew) and Ashley Renee Rexrode (Joseph Turicik); his stepchildren, Tiffany, Jeffrey Rimmer and Erica Bagby; his grandchildren, Raelynn Nikole, Derrick Deon, Audree Leigh, Adrianna Marie, Joseph Matthew and Emmet Cole; his sister Lori Altizer (Scott Carpenter); his niece Savannah Altizer of Warm Springs; and his nephew Jake Altizer of Warm Springs.
