He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blanton and Tiny Blanton; his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Ruth Seward Blanton; and his sister Baby Blanton. He is survived by: his children, Sherry White, Ronnie Blanton, Jr. and Paul Blanton (Lena); his grandchildren, Brittany Easter (Jeremy), Tyler Blanton, Tavaria Blanton, Tristian Blanton, Kaley Blanton and Ronnie Blanton; and his great grandchild Paris Alston.
