She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood, Sr. Maitland and Edna Maitland; and her siblings, William, Herbert, Linwood, Jr., Walter, Randy Maitland, Frances M. Finch and Gertrude M. Mayton.
She is survived by: her sisters, Phyllis Maitland and Edna DeCambra of Lawrenceville; her sisters-in-law, Leona Maitland Robertson of South Hill and Patsy Doyle Cooper of Culpepper; her aunt Bernice Roscoft "Sonny" of Hampton, VA; and her close friends, Lucas Miller, Elizabeth Miller and Carole Cheeley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
