He is survived by: his wife Nancy Joyner Gauldin; his children, Christopher Wade Gauldin (Douglas James), Alissa Nashwinter (Bill) and Beverly Brown (Matt); his grandchildren, Emily Powers (Matt), Mary Lowe (Daniel), Taylor Nashwinter and Libby Nashwinter; and his great grandchildren, Katherine Powers and Evelyn Lowe.
