It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Fletcher Staton (Walkerton, Virginia), who passed away on March 16, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Staton and Marie Bickers Staton. He is survived by: his grandson Joshua Croxton Hardy; his sister Annie Mae Staton LeVa; his wife Mae Wright Staton; his daughters, Cheryl Staton Sweet (Mike Sweet), Jessica Marie James and Aimee Staton Hardy (Todd Hardy); his grandsons, John "Jack" Staton Hardy, Joseph "Joe" Clement Hardy and Jude Michael Hardy; and his siblings, Jim Staton and Rose Marie Warren. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
