He is survived by: his children, Erykah L. Upshaw and Elijah L. Ortez-Upshaw; his parents, Deborah Upshaw and William Upshaw (Brenda); his grandparents, Mildred Thornton Coleman, Carolyn Upshaw and Raymond Draper; his aunt Dorinda Mercer; and his uncles, Richard Upshaw (Denise), Ganzell Upshaw (Evelyn) and Carlton Upshaw. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church (2370 Mt Olive Cohoke Rd, King William, VA 23086).
