We bid farewell to Arthur Warner Davis Jr. of Walkerton, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 28, 2024 at the age of 74. Arthur touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Joy Lawson Davis; his son Jason Davis (Charlene); his sisters, Alverta Patterson and Jean Davis; and his grandchildren, Jason, Savanna, Kamal, Aniyah, Dylan, Cateleya and Matthew.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Baptist Church (615 Zion Church Rd, King and Queen Court House, VA 23085). A burial was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at the same location.
