He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Zazzaretti and Florence Baum Zazzaretti; his siblings, Jodie Gomez and Joe Zazzaretti; his daughter-in-law Margaret Zazzaretti; and his granddaughter Charlotte Zazzaretti.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lynch Zazzaretti; his sister Karen Zazzaretti; his children, Michael Ray Zazzaretti (Tracy), David Bradley Zazzaretti and Tiffany Lynn Phillips (Jason); his grandchildren, Kaela Zazzaretti, Macie Zazzaretti, Ariel Zazzaretti, Madison Zazzaretti, Corey Zazzaretti and Anthony Phillips; and his stepchildren, Rusty Grant and Joey Jenkins.
