She is survived by: her children, Tishon Thomas Artis Wakefield (Anthony), Elijah Thomas Wakefield (Tonya) and Kayla Smith Pretlow Suffolk (Eric); her grandchildren, Sharod, Elijah, Khalil, Macyah and Sanii; her great grandchildren, Paris, Russian, Kalani and Ka'mari; her siblings, Diana Walker, Barbara Nichols, Iris Holland (Sherman), Carolyn Hines Washington (Derrick), D. C., William Nichols Portsmouth (Linda), Arthur Nichols, Jr. Windsor (Valerie) and Timmy Nichols Cummings (Keva); her aunts, Louise Cargill Smithfield (James) and Lula Nichols; and her close friend Phyllis Wellons of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
