He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Long, Sr. and Addie Norfleet Long. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Prine Long; his children, Margie A. Walker, Lisa L. Seward (Tony) and James M. Long, III; his grandchildren, Rhyne A. Seward, Christopher S. Walker, Jeremy L. Seward (Lauren), James M. Long, IV (Haley), Matthew J. Walker (Madeline), Jacob E. Walker (Madison) and Adam W. Seward; his great grandchildren, Axyl, Arabella, Kinsley and Claire; and his sister Jennifer L. Snyder.
