It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Binford Harrell (Wakefield, Virginia), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Lazarus Marvin Harrell. He is survived by: his parent Edith May Bailey Harrell; his wife Roselyn Gardner Harrell; his children, Marvin Thomas Harrell (Christina) and Rebecca Harrell Blackwell (Mark); his grandchildren, Jack Harrell, Audrey Harrell, MacLean, Morgan and Sydney Blackwell; his sister Edna Harrell Adams; and his brother-in-law Morris Gardner.
