She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Burt Seagroves and Bessie Baird Seagroves; and her husband John. She is survived by: her children, Wesley Miles (Ginger) of Red Oak, Dennis Miles of Havelock, Allan Miles (Debbie) of Roanoke Rapids and Sandra DeBerry (Joey) of Roanoke Rapids; her brothers, Melvin Seagroves of Garner and Tommy Seagroves of Fuquay Varina; and her grandchildren, John W. Miles, III, Brian Miles, Richard Miles, Brandon Miles, Tracy Miles, Shelly Miles, Kristen Hardy and Josh Miles. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
