He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene S. Wilson and Mary Jones Wilson; and his wife Colleen Busick Wilson. He is survived by: his son Tim Wilson (Karen); his granddaughters, Susan Creech (Parks) and Amanda Dawkins (Jeremy); and his great grandchild Holden Creech.
