She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Grey Shockley. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Nancy Opalene of Mount Airy, NC, Pauline Horton of Woodlawn, Hazel Shockley of Salem and Lovelene Horton of Hillsville; and also Chester Combs of Mount Airy, NC. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, Michael and Carolyn Shockley of Tobaccoville, NC, Steven and Connie Shockley of Gate City, Timothy and Sandra Shockley of Hillsville, and Carolyn "Sam" and Gary Scott of Salem; sister.
