She is survived by: her husband Joseph Albert Boulter; her daughters, Shelly Jo Boulter of Locustville, VA and Jenae Carol Boulter Sayers (William) of Exmore, VA; her grandchildren, Travis Renas (Joi), Colin Renas (Laura Fuentes), Guy Sayers and Isabella Sayers; her great grandchild Vanessa; her brother Larry Jones (Donna) of Chincoteague, VA; and her brother-in-law David Dingus of Chincoteague, VA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
