She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman English and Della Mae Wimbrow English; and her brother Robert English. She is survived by: her husband Stuart P. Bell; her children, Ronald L. Davis (Rachel), Debbie D. Fisher (Harry) and Mark T. Davis (Ellie); and her stepchildren, Lisa Seay (Steve) and Stuart L. Bell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Doughty Funeral Home (3117 Main St, Exmore, VA 23350). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at the Fairview Lawn Cemetery (47 Hill St, Onancock, VA 23417).
