He was predeceased by: his parents, William Waller and Rebecca Merle Hicks Waller; his brother Charles Waller; and his grandson Scott Christopher Waller. He is survived by: his wife Neola; his daughter Mary Ann (Carlton McKenney) of Marietta; his grandchildren, Caitlin McKenney of Marietta, Georgia, Maggie McKenney of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Jeffrey Scott Waller (Patty); his great grandchildren, Dr. Daniel Waller (Courtney) of Virginia Beach and Kathryn Waller of Brooklyn; and his godson Cliff Mayhall of Orlando, Florida..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Chapel, Westminster-Canterbury (3100 Shore Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23451).
