He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon King and Betty King. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Ashley Snyder (Ryan), Katie Johnson (Tyler) and Whitney Vanderslice (Adam); his grandchildren, Madison, Lillianne, Andrew, Aubrey, Brooklyn, Evelyn, Austin and Bentley; his mother-in-law Jan Porritt; and his brother-in-law Philip Porritt (Charlene Kriener).
