He is survived by: his wife Temple Moore Staley; his sons, Joshua Boyd Quintanilla-Staley and Zackary Ray Staley; his son-in-law Ricardo Miguel Quintanilla-Staley; his parents, Patricia Jean Staley and Larry Ray Staley; his sister-in-law Jane Moore; his siblings, Samantha and Micheal; his nieces and nephews, Patience, Courtney, Rebecca, Aaron and Jake; his great-nieces, Emily and Isabella; his great-nephew Logan; and his pets, Brodie, Lizzy, Brandy, Annie Earl, Joyce, Olivia and Meredith.
In lieu of flowers, Stephen's family ask that donations be made to Hope for Life, a Virginia Beach animal rescue for abandoned, abused, and neglected pets; where Stephen and Temple adopted their beloved Brodie and Annie Earl.
