It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sj Stone (Virginia Beach, Virginia), born in Fairmont, North Carolina, who passed away on June 21, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Ellie Herring; his wife Barbara Puffenbarger; his father Forrest Stone; his brothers, Gene Stone and Wayne Stone; and his son SJ Stone, Jr. (SJ).
He is survived by: his daughter Lillian; his son-in-law Rick Reinhard; his children, Mickey Stone and Cyndi; his son-in-law Scott Santella; and his grandchildren, Janneil Stone, Kerri Stone, Aaron Reinhard, Emma Reinhard, Miranda Warmack, Crystal Brunn, Jakki Santella, Nick Santella, Charity Santella, Caitlin Stone and Sara Stone. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
