Harrison Kelsey III and Toby (Anne-Calvert Kelsey); his granddaughter Faith Elizabeth of Virginia Beach; his sister Elizabeth Blair Kelsey Bickford (late James V.) of Norfolk; his nephews, James, Christopher, Nathan and David; his great-nephew Dylan; and his half-siblings, Joyce Kelsey Brunckhorst (Bob) of Norfolk, D. Arthur Kelsey (Jane) of Suffolk and Caroline E. Kelsey of Virginia Beach.
