He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his sons, Matthew and Clayton; his siblings, Cindy and Warren (Linda); his father-in-law Stanley Cohen; his brother-in-law Robert Cohen (Robin); his nieces, Samantha and Alexandra; and his nephew Caleb.
