He was predeceased by: his parents, Eligio Husi Escurel, Sr. and Candida Bon Escurel. He is survived by: his wife Adelaida "Aida"; his daughters, Agnes Pietrzyk (John) and Denise Najarro (Mayro); his grandchildren, Asher, Ella, Kayla and Elisa; and his brothers, Jose Escurel (Veneranda) and Tomas Escurel.
