He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Clement and Myrtle Clement. He is survived by: his children, Kerry C. Koelenbeek (John), Roy, Jr. (Jackie), Joyce L. McClenney and Tracy E. Legg; and his brother Bobby Clement. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
