She was predeceased by : her parents, Eddie Almodovar and Rose Almodovar. She is survived by : her husband Sonny Filio; her son Eddie Filio; and her grandchildren, Maddie and Mason Filio.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel (1485 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Church of Saint Mark (1505 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Catholic Church of Saint Mark at the same address.
