He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Ashley Smith (Sebastian) and Jordan Whitehorne (Austin); his grandchildren, Keir, Ayla and Stevie; his siblings, Hans and Chen Wu; his niece Megan; and his nephew Ian Geers.
