He is survived by: his friend Richard "Rick" Westbrook; his parents, Richard Westbrook and Diane Carroll Westbrook; his siblings, Christopher Westbrook (Barbara), Suzanne Iyer (Ramesh), Elizabeth Shaulis (Euey), Melissa Edelheit (Donald), Jeffrey Westbrook (Sarah) and Patricia Longobardi (Scott); his close friends, Chris, Stephanie Lyon and Danielle Miller; and also, Scott Lyons, Doug, Cindy Haisllip, Mark Dungan, Doyle Palmer and Heather Robinson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (5033 Rouse Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462).
