He is survived by: his wife Alice Maye-Clements; his sons, Richard, Jr. of Chesapeake, VA and Oscar Clements (Bene' Robinson) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Stephon Barcliff, Isaiah Richard Clements, Patricia Cleaver, Nickell Clements and Kita Pate; his great grandchildren, Chloe Cobb, Grayson Pate, Stephon Barcliff Jr., Stephanie and Zoie Holloway; his sisters, Ruth Hood of Norfolk, VA, Mary Billups of Norfolk, VA and Velma Burgess of Seat Pleasant, MD; and his friend Willie C. Scott.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Beach Funeral & Cremation Services (4456 Bonney Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Clements Cemetery (466 Clements Rd, La Crosse, VA 23950).
