He is survived by: his wife Myrna Cabanos; his children, Rey Cabanos (Emalyn Datu) and Roger Cabanos (Kim Cabanos); his grandchildren, Rachel Abarca (Brandon Abarca), Angelo Cabanos, Jade Santos and Arielle Cabanos; and his great grandchildren, Riley Andrade and Kai Abarca. He is also survived by ses his wife and children.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel (1485 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
