He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas and Juanita Pifer Thomas; and his sister Janice Cloud. He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Thomas; his children, Jeff Thomas (Diane) and Heather Thomas (Chet Kerr); his grandchildren, Jackson, Julian, Georgia and Nicole; and his sister Barbara Henry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Covenant Presbyterian Church (1552 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hedgesville Cemetery.
