She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Josephine Ellis and Harry Lee Partridge, Sr.; and her husband Robert T. Powell, Sr.. She is survived by: her brother Harry Lee Partridge Jr.; her children, Monica Olmstead of Mechanicsville and Robert T. Powell, Jr. (Linda) of Chuckatuck; and her grandchildren, Derick Olmstead (Brittany Snellings) of Mechanicsville, Patrick Olmstead of Mechanicsville and Aimee.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel (1485 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
