Though Madeline may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Madeline touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert M. Leafer; her children, David (Charlena Leafer) of Virginia Beach, VA and Jodi Leafer of Jacksonville Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Daniel, Alycia and Madison; her great grandchild Oakley; and her siblings, Stanley (Gerie Muchnikoff) and Rosaline Sugarman.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (98 Canterbury Dr, Peabody, MA 01960).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Dementia Association of America.
